This Pub is Permanently Closed

Originally the Railway Hotel adjacent to the East Lancs railway from Rainford Junction to Ormskirk.

Briefly renamed the Roundabout when the development of the New Town in the late 1960s used the former railway line as the route of the now Railway Road and the building found itself on a new roundabout.

The pub was later renamed the Railway Tavern before it closed its doors for good in 2014.
