Much loved and welcoming village local with four beautifully kept cask ales from Ossett and Timothy Taylor, and a changing beer usually from from Moorhouse’s, Small World, or Craven. Weekday happy hours, extended 12-6 on Fridays.40p discount per pint. Sky and TNT sports on multiple screens. There is a cosy snug with a real fire in winter, and a three-tiered beer garden. Dogs welcome. Weekend bands, something happening most nights. This pub is truly the hub. One small step into the pub, but step free access to external decking, no accessible toilet.
