This Pub is Closed Long Term

The pub promotes real ale with five changing guest beers available at all times. A blackboard behind the bar shows the number of different beers sold so far. The building is an old coaching inn with a large open bar area on different levels, part of which is raised and acts as a stage for the popular music evenings each Thursday and on special occasions. International sports events are shown on the large screen. Note that the pub is open on Monday evening if there is a live football match. Quiz every Sunday night. (£3 per pint on Wednesdays)
