Attractive locals pub near the Trent & Mersey Canal and the Shobnall Recreation Park. The interior comprises a large L-shaped room with inglenook. The beer 'garden' is limited to a tarmac-surfaced area at the front, with picnic tables. Live music, disco or karaoke most Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.
