Occupying a 1960s building, this friendly local sits on the busy crossroads at the southern end of the village. Originally comprising of two bars though both would have been very small. Stylishly decorated with a screen separating it into two areas the left side being set out for meals the right for drinking. A range of up to four changing real ales which are gravity fed. Extensive food menu includes takeaway pizzas available all day. In the garden there's a 9m tipi (technically a wigwam as there's no top opening or smoke flaps) for dining.

Former Greene King pub which closed for some time before being reopened in 2014 as a freehouse after an extensive refurbishment.
