Pochu is a Korean style restaurant, the name being an abbreviation of Pojang-Macha which are tents or moveable stalls in Korea that specialise in Anju - dishes designed to be shared and eaten whilst drinking. In Korea you can't go anywhere for a drink without getting food alongside, and this is the inspiration for sharing favourite dishes alongside cocktails, beers, wines and spirits.
