A large mock tudor pub at a busy mini-roundabout, close to Herringthorpe Playing Fields and Clifton Park. Real ale was available until recently but no longer. Tends to be very popular on weekend evenings. The Sports TV is a popular draw. Food is available from a big breakfast menu until through until late evening evening. On Sundays a selection of traditional roasts are available. Events include Karaoke on Sunday evenings, a Monday quiz and bingo on Tuesday afternoon and Thursday evening.
