Demolished 1/3/1993, site is now Alan Turing Way road scheme 1990s. Closed 1/3/1993. History: Former small, terraced Chesters, latterly Whitbread house. Named due to proximity to Philips Park. Opening Times magazine April 1993 reported demolition.
