This Restaurant is Permanently Closed
This is a restaurant, where drinking alcohol, including draught and bottled beer, is only allowed when food is being consumed.
Town-centre corner pub, part of the Wetherspoon chain, that opened in 1994. Formerly a branch of Lloyds Bank, the name reflected the town's historic connection with the papermaking industry and was decorated with memorabilia recalling Dartford's past.
This pub closed on 14th February 2016, apparently because Wetherspoons had by then decided that it was too small. This was not a universally popular decision.
The building now houses a Turkish restaurant.
