The main part of this hotel dates back to 1740 with parts going back to the 14th century. Now operated by a community group. The small bar is to the right of the entrance hall and has an open fire and room for just two tables with extra tables situated in the wide hallway. To the rear of the hotel is the larger restaurant area. The Bottom Bar has two TVs, a pool table and darts board. Accommodation is also available.

The Owain Glyndŵr Community Hotel Limited (a Community Benefit Society) has launched a community share scheme to raise the £300K required to purchase the hotel (a sale price agreed with the current owner).
