A cosy bar at the heart of a large sandstone hotel which has been owned by the Gilmore family since 1935. Well maintained ales now extend to three hand pulls throughout the year making this a friendly and popular venue for locals and visitors alike. Board games on Monday, Music Quiz on Tuesday, Rock ‘n’ Pop Bingo on Wednesday and a General Knowledge Quiz on Thursday provide additional entertainment. Occasional live music and plenty of chat make this one of the best go to venues on the island.
