This Pub is Closed Long Term
There was a Queens Head in Peckingham Street as early as 1675. The present pub, now in Birmingham Street is older than it looks and despite its Victorian trimmings could itself be seventeenth century. The pub entrance is on the side of the building by the car park, and upon entering, the pub opens up into a very deceptively large area, which is split into two rooms by an island bar. The pub has had an extensive refurbishment and has reopened under new management in mid October. Two ales are currently on offer.
This Pub serves no changing beers and 2 regular beers.
