A very old building dating back to the 15th century now in the middle of suburbia and with its own moat. It became an eating house in 1969 and today this vast property operates primarily as a Carvery and pizza restaurant under the Stonehouse brand. No real ales are served. There is a public bar area at the front with a large screen TV. Also a games section on the left with pool table and electronic games. At the rear a large restaurant catering for 120 diners under an amazing exposed beamed roof. A separate function room upstairs caters for privates parties also under exposed roof beams.
