Previously reported as residential and then closed and boarded, confirmed in Sep 18 as now offices, the Old Ivy Studio.

Closed and boarded up for two years, building disused. Now residential.Planning application granted 2014 to add more flats and convert ground and basement to office use

Local Listing:- Dual frontage, Goswell Road and Seward Street. Goswell Road: Painted glazed tile frontage; four pilasters, one stallriser, fascia with painted name. Render brackets and cornice. Four lanterns.
