Re-opened May 2017 after an extensive refurbishment.

Extensive offering of craft beers on keg and bottled.

The pub is finished in the "traditional" style, with wood panelled separate areas around a central bar and should appeal to both cask & keg drinkers, with a strong emphasis on food.

Access from the High Street via the front entrance involves traversing a short section of uneven flint surfacing before taking three steps up to the bar. Two steps lead up to the bar from the first door from the side entrance. Further along the side elevation there is a second access door with a very low lip leading onto a short ramp into the bar. Once inside, the floor is level throughout, other than one step leading down to the front room on the left hand side. The fully accessible toilet suitable for wheelchair users is located at the far end of the pub at the rear.
