This Pub is Permanently Closed

In 1964 plans were submitted by architect George Stevens to rebuild the pub for Ansells. The plans were granted and the pub consisting of a public bar and lounge with a separate off sales entrance opened on 3rd June 1965. In 1979 the off sales area was merged into the bar area.
