Refurbished in September 2015, the pub features separate bar, lounge, and dining areas. Now under new management from August 2025, it offers two rotating real ales sourced from across the country. There's a wood burning fire on cold weather days.

Enjoy lunchtime and evening meals throughout the week, including a carvery every Thursday and Sunday. Weekly specials include Pie Night on Monday, Curry and a Pint on Tuesday, Sizzler Night on Wednesday, traditional Fish Friday and a steak night Saturday! The full menu is also available daily.
