The shop is in a building behind the Forest Tea Rooms. Samples of the draught ciders (sold under the brand name Snake Catcher) are served from wooden casks, and bottled cider, perry, country wine and apple brandy are available. Most of the cider-making equipment is in the next-door barn, as is a small art gallery. A steam engine is employed in mid-October's cider-pressing weekend to make cider in the traditional way using local apples; the cider is matured in whisky barrels. Bed and breakfast is available in the farmhouse, with self-catering accommodation in the neighbouring cottage.
