Until 1978 the Neuk was a “Porter and Ale” house which meant that you were only able to purchase bottled beer and stouts there, one of only three establishments in the country with that type of license. Since then the Neuk became a fully fledged pub.

The traditional wood panelled bar, complete with original Devanha Brewery mirror, has since been added to with a resturant, and an extension with letting rooms.

Used to sell occasional Real Ale from Bodachra added in 2019 but brewery no longer exists.
