Opened in December 2009, this highly thought of Wetherspoon boasts 20 handpulls across three floors. Impressively redecorated, there is a boothed area for diners on the second floor although meals are served throughout the day and evening to all areas. The name refers to the Roman forts that were built a mile apart and there is one reputed to be situated nearby. Transport links are excellent with Rail and Metro stations nearby. Bus stop outside the front door.
