The Memoir Cub was formed in 1920 and the website gives full details of its members from Virginia Wolf to John Maynard Keynes. According to their website, "The legacy of the Memoir Club can be experienced throughout our hotel, from the art deco inspired interiors to our collection of commission artwork inspired by the influential members of The Memoir Club."
