Originally a cider house dating back to 1880. This is a large, cosy village hostelry split into various areas, mainly for dining but with ample space for those who just want a drink. It is a family friendly pub with an extensive menu plus specials and they cater for small appetites. The large garden includes a children’s play area. There is a skittle alley and a large function room. Occasional live music and quizzes feature.
