Situated in what is really a heritage village, the spacious wood panelled bars are open to all and the garden and Bucklers Hard green are very popular in summer.

Built mid 18th century, originally as a house, with 19th century alterations and a large hotel addition in the 20th century. Grade II Listed. Historic England list UID: 1094435
