Eccentrically furnished pub in the rustic style which is a food led establishment with an emphasis based on home-made pies which attracts customers from near and far which can also be bought to take away. Four house beers; Mad O'Rourkes Lumphammer Gold, Lumphammer Mild, Lumphammer Bitter and Sledgehammer are made by Digbrew in Birmingham. There is regular live entertainment most Fridays.
