Wine & cocktail bar, bottled beers only

As the Green Carnation it was an independent bar with an Oscar Wilde theme, with keg beers, in former cocktail bar premises, originally a church residence. Now a wine bar / late night cocktail venue and now in conformance with CAMRAs definition of a pub.
