Following the refurbishment in 2017 the pub now has a contemporary interior, this is coupled with a significant move away from being just a sports bar.

Spread over 2 floors, there is a pool table on the upper floor and the large pub also has a selection of playable retro console games. There were 4 handpumps on the ground floor bar counter. Further refurbishment in autumn 2024. Handpumps removed in late 2024.

The weekly events schedule as of November 2024:- Boozy Bingo taking place on Monday nights, Sports and Games night on Tuesdays, Wonderland Wednesdays, Pub Quiz Thursdays, with karaoke on Fridays and DJs playing late into the night on Saturdays.

Historic Interest

The premises previously housed Moore’s Auction Rooms from the early 1980s until the owner’s retirement in the late 1990s.
