Historic Interest

A pub on this site from about 1860 although the original building was much older and was said to be two fisherman's cottages. Acquired by Birkenhead Brewery in 1900, the old photos show the original pub in 1910 and in the 1940s before it was demolished and rebuilt in June 1966.
