Previous Description

Grade II-listed former hospital that started a new life as a pub and dining house in 2006. There are five hand pumps to choose from, with up to four guest ales selected from local and regional breweries alongside the house beer; on Monday there will be one or two leading to a full house on Thursday and Friday. There is plenty of seating for eating and drinking, including on a balcony above the bar, and also a function room that can be hired.
