This is a club, which means that the bar may be only open to members.
The Leicestershire Golf Club was founded in 1890. Nine years later the course was increased to 18 holes then in 1936 it was extended to its present day size as a par 68 golf course. The architecturally significant and uniquely circular clubhouse is only open to members. On the ground floor there is a small bar, which is only open during the summer months. The main, much larger bar, is situated on the first floor, access to which is facilitated, for the less able bodied, by a stairlift to the side of the more than sufficiently wide staircase. The clubhouse first floor bar commands superb views over the golf course.
This Club serves no changing beers and 2 regular beers.
