Opened Dec 1996, a newly built Hogshead externally matching the architecture of adjoining buildings but topped with what looks like an observation tower. Internally all bare recycled bricks and mid-brown wood, pale yellow walls with large clear French windows predominant. Floor of bare boards but flagstones around the bar area. An upstairs bar called the "Old Boots Bar" has a semi-rugby theme and has 2 TVs for sports programmes. An impressive line of 10 handpumps, plus the cider pump draws the eye on entering and a further 4 ales are gravity drawn from firkins behind the bar. A further 5 handpumps in the upstairs bar, but all the ale pumps have swan necks and sparkler dispense; Guest ales over Christmas included Vaux St. Nicholas's Ale, Crown Buckley Black Prince, Hook Norton 12 Days and Greene King Winter Ale. Standard Hogshead menu constantly available. Open all permitted hours. Beers originally available:- Boddington: Bitter. Flowers: IPA, Original Bitter. Marston: Pedigree. Wadworth: 6X. Whitbread: Abroad Cooper, Fuggies Imperial IPA. 4 Guest beers on H (1 upstairs) and 4 guests on Gravity dispense. Symonds: Scrumpy Jack's Old Hazy.

By 2002 had become Up n Under run by 'Eat Your Heart Out Ltd' - real ales reduced to three, then became the Koyote Bar specialising in live entertainment and was the first of its kind in London. The Koyotes are professional dancers specially hand picked for their unique talents, providing you with a fun night of wild dance routines, fire breathing, and water fights to a sweet mix of great music.

The premises were then converted to an Estate Agent called Haart, then remained derelict with the Coyote logo visible before becoming move Physio by 2020.
