An old establishment in the heart of the city, opposite St.John's Kirk. Previously owned by the Thorpe family for 30 years, it was bought in late 2014 by local man Derek Peterson, with real ale making a welcome appearance on the bar thereafter until 2021. The bar area is split between front and back.
