The Kings Arms, a small listed Georgian country house, has been a pub most of the time since about 1850. It is easily found, in the very pleasant, but not remote countryside, northwest of Romsey. Inside, a single bar links with a small lounge and a dining room, all nicely under-furnished and decorated in muted colours. Unusually, Lockerley has four greens or commons; which could easily form the basis of a good walk around the area.
Historic Interest
18th century Grade II listed. Historic England list entry 1167596.
