This Pub is Permanently Closed

Small housing estate pub dating back to the 1960s. One handpump but not apparently in use. The owner is running down the stocks during summer 2013 while waiting for a planning application to be approved. He expects to close the pub soon and demolish it by year end to make way for new housing.
