Planning granted 2017:- Partial demolition of existing building (rear part) and construction of a rear/side extension at second, third and fourth floor (roof) level, construction of a rear dormer window extension and the undertaking of associated external alterations to facilitate, (i) the change of use of an existing vacant public house at ground-floor and basement level to provide two retail units (Use Class A1) and, (ii) the creation of 7 flats on the first, second, third and fourth floors. (Partially retrospective as the use class A1 uses have commenced)
