This Pub is Permanently Closed

Estate pub closed on 28th May 2013. Reopened late 2015 as a Sam Smith's pub with no real ale but didn't last long.

In recent times it was purchased by Manchester city council as it had been occupied by squatters and was a centre for anti-social behaviour.

Demolished in October 2024 with reports Manchester City Council would like a developer to come forward to develop housing on the site.
