THIS BAR HAS CLOSED LONG TERM!

A post was shared on social media from the owners saying that the Jam Jar venue closed down on Friday, 23 February 2024, due to severe rising operational costs!

They hope to reopen this format in another location in the future.

***** Original description-

Live music lounge bar and restaurant, located in one of the business quarters in the city centre. This interesting venue consists of a large "L" shaped room with two comfortable lounge areas at either end and table seating in the middle, next to the corner stage area. All decorated in a modern semi industrial theme.

Open all day as a café/bar, the live music and events are held mostly at evenings and the end of the week. It's also used as a radio/TV studio with a sound proof studio at one end and a raised platform above the bar.
