This Pub is Permanently Closed

Under half a mile from Leeds Road, this is a homely, family-run country pub with a warm atmosphere and a choice of three to six ales, including interesting guests. Excellent views to front and rear. With one large room and one cosy snug with traditional range, the converted farm cottages are decorated in a country style with horse brasses and bric-a-brac. Good value Sunday lunch with proper gravy and homemade Yorkshire puds and wonderful desserts. The garden is often used for functions with a marquee. CLOSING PERMANENTLY DEC 5th 2021.
