Recently refurbished pub about 5 mins walk down the hill from the town centre. The bar has large TV and pool table, the lounge is quieter with old prints of Ludlow on the wall. Food is good value Mon-Wed, 5pm-11pm, Thu-Sat 12pm-11pm, Sun 12pm-10.30pm NO LONGER A LICENSED PREMISES - APRIL 2013. An entry in the early days of the Good beer Guide from 1976 to 1978
