Renamed the "Hop Star Bar and Beer Store" (after being called "Al's Star Bar") in August 2022. Music-themed bar located at the western end of the main road that passes through the shopping area of Saltaire. It comprises a front room on the ground floor containing the bar and a deceptively spacious room to the rear which can be hired for functions. Additional street-side seating is provided outside the front of the building. Three handpumps provide a varying range of real ales usually from the local Saltaire Brewery. Eight keg taps are present and cocktails are also offered. The music played tends to be of the 80's/indie variety. Live music is played on Sunday evenings and occasionally on other nights also. Children are welcome until early evening and the bar is dog friendly. Opening and closing times are valid from May 2024 as detailed on the bar's Facebook page.
