This Pub is Permanently Closed

This former Whitbread pub sat at the corner of Aqueduct Street and Elliot Street. Towards the end of it's life it was known as Elliott's. It closed in 2000 and is understood to have been used as a sweet manufacturers since 2003. There is no record of any planning application for change of use on Preston City Council's website.
