This Pub is Permanently Closed

Formally trading as the Bretonside, Breton Arms and O’Neill’s, Hawking's Meeting House closed in March 2015. The premises license was surrendered on 31/10/2017. Following the approval of planning permission, this former pub was converted into an art studio for the College of Art and Design.

Planning application reference number, 17/00252/FUL, dated Mon 23 Jan 2017, proposed Change of use from public house (Class A4) to education purposes (Class D1), replacement windows and new access. Granted conditionally 24/03/2017
