Appears that the club closed in 2006/7 due to falling membership and rising costs of maintaining the listed building. Building subsequently sold and planning permission granted in 2010 for conversion to residential. A new extension was built on the rear which includes a membership co-working / events space, known as Hatcham House, which has a club licenced bar but does not appear to have any draft beer.
