Following a short period of closure, re-opened under new management by the Morgan Pub Collective. Was Local CAMRA Pub of the Year 2026, with up to four real ales, and popular with students and locals. Extensive new menu includes all day breakfasts, burgers, curry, salads and sandwiches, with roasts on Sunday. Deals on food and a Cask Ale card. Pub was converted from two houses in Victorian times, to serve workers building nearby Royal Holloway College.
