The first thing you notice about this canal-side pub is the narrowboat projecting through the window. This has been made by a real boat builder and inside has several snug seating areas. Three Badger beers are regularly available, with the occasional guest Badger beer as well.
The seating area wraps around the bar. To the left is the narrowboat, an above ground cellar and a large restaurant area with the open kitchen behind. Opposite the entrance is a terrace with tables that runs alongside the canal. There is a wide range of canal memorabilia decorating the pub.
There is a large menu that is available all day.

Overall this is an imaginative, original and interesting place. it serves real ales and meals.
