Friendly locals' pub and a former branch Pub of the Year located on the edge of the city centre. The guest ales are often of the blonde and golden variety and mainly from local micro-breweries. A fine collection of porcelain teapots and an extensive range of pictures are on display in the comfortable lounge. There is a heated smoking area to the rear and a large screen TV for sports. On Saturdays, when Bradford City FC are playing at home, the pub opens at midday and it is popular with both home and away fans.
