Welcoming black and white fronted traditional pub with two distinct internal areas comprising a public bar with pool table and a comfortable wood-pannelled lounge / dining area, with log fire in winter. There is a huge suntrap garden at the rear with plenty of outdoor seating. Converted from two cottages c. 1834. It was once the Thames Ditton and Esher Golf clubhouse. More recently it was known as Sextons for several years but was taken over by a new tenant in 2025 who restored the pub to its original name and has reintroduced cask beer after a lengthy absence. Quiz night every Wednesday and occasional live music
