NO LONGER A WETHERSPOONS PUB - CASK ALE IS NO LONGER BEING SERVED

In the heart of the main shopping district is the Diamond, one of the city's two Wetherspoon establishments. In an elevated location inside the city walls, this two-storey pub has good views from the upper floor. It tends to get busy despite having large bars on both floors. There are a total of ten handpumps serving a varied range of guest ales alongside the regulars. Real cider is also available on gravity. Alcohol is served from 11.30am (12.30pm Sun).
