Planning application for Extension and alteration to existing public house and erection of three dwellings was permitted (APP: 15/00938/FUL) - owner said new housing would fund pub refurb. Houses partly built, but pub closed and no refurb. fOUR applications to build housing in field behind pub were refused (18/01968/FUL; 19/02634/FUL; 20/01282/ful; 20/03339/FUL) And two appeals were dismissed (19/00018/REF; 21/00050/REF). Application for conversion and extension of public house into 2-dwellinghouses was refused (21/03369/FUL) and this has now gone to appeal (23/00005/REF). Approved by Inspectors on appeal (Appeal Ref: APP/Y0435/W/23/3315608)
