Can find no evidence of planning permission for change of use from pub to restaurant. However, up until 2017, conversions of pubs to restaurants, shops and most kinds of office was "permitted development" so any such changes before then didn't need planning permission.

On 9 May 2011 Planning Department document says "[the building] is currently lawfully used as a restaurant on ground floor".
