This pub which has been in the GBG for over twenty years, is a 17th-century free house with stone-flagged floors, exposed beams and log fires. Excellent locally-sourced food is served from Wednesday to Saturday evenings and Saturday lunchtime. A private dining room (seating 12) can be reserved. Farmer Jims and Orchard Pig ciders are served. Accommodation is provided with three bedrooms. Live acoustic music takes place on the third Sunday each month and there is a monthly bingo night.
